Only the bare minimum to enable you to access our services. When you create an account, you are a given a unique ID that helps us identify your account and ensure we deliver what you have signed up for. Other features such as SMS notifications are optional and you can withdraw your permission at any time. We really want you to be happy with TBC, but if not, you can close your account at any time and your account details will be deleted permanently. Therapy Business Club is a non-physical product, i.e. it is not something delivered to your home address such as goods from Amazon. When you create an account with us, you will receive information on how to access everything your chosen plan includes. All your services are accessed via our web platform via your unique login details. Please keep your login details secure and do not share with a third-party. Remember to change your access password regularly.

When you sign up for monthly membership, you have full access to all the features offered under that plan. You can cancel any time. If you cancel your plan, you will lose access to the plan features at that moment. You can always see the when your monthly billing is due by reviewing your Billing area and cancelling just before it renews.
We offer a 14 day refund period from the date of purchase, allowing you to get enough experience and overview of content to determine if it is what you thought you were buying.

Please note that if you cancel your subscription, your account will be downgraded to free access and any access to previous paid-for-content restricted.

If you want to end your subscription, we will really be sad to see you go! Before you do, if there is any question you have or issue you cannot resolve, please email us today. If you really feel that all the resources, support and community of Therapy Business Club are not for you at this time, we understand. Just drop us an email at support@therapybusinessclub.com and ask us to cancel. Please allow up to 2 working days to process cancellations. Note, that once cancelled you will be downgraded to a free account that will restrict access to most areas on this site. Refunds are not given for previous billing periods as all content is digital and instantly accessible, as per our Terms & Conditions.
